Responsibilities for Sales and Marketing Executive
- Should have a knowledge about the sales and marketing;
- Must make the sales and achieve or exceed the target;
- Make proper reports and execute the reporting plans every working day;
- Keeping detailed records of the new leads, prospects, existing clients and likewise;
- Must make the timely follow ups and recommended actions;
- Have to analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance;
- Should research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals;
- Should have the ability to research client base to find new types of customers and sell to them accordingly;
- Should have the ability to select the right client ( Find the best client fit );
- Have a knowledge to operate digital items, internet world and digital electronics essentials or should be able to learn about digital items, internet world and digital electronics essentials;
- Follow-up with clients for the closure of billing, payments & other necessary activities.
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends and general issues related to sales and marketing;
- People’s person ( Friendly behaviour who can create great bond with clients as well as with their own colleague );
- Create new plans and proposals for gaining customers and executes it accordingly;
- Should be able to make proposals as requested by the clients in the mentioned time;
- Makes product appeal to the target market;
- Guide and monitor the sales team those who are working under you;
- Assign and align the sales team the work and guide them;
- Have the ability to work according to research and facts.
Requirement for Sales and Marketing Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field;
- Individual with at least two years of experience in Sales and Marketing;
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics;
- Good oral and written communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
- Good negotiation and sales skills;
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques;
- A passion for sales;
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies;
- Good innovative, and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills;
- Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media;
- Outstanding project management skills.
Working hours
Working hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00pm.
Salary
Negotiable.
